Adding a business runs its first scan. After that, each manual "Run scan" and each monthly auto-scan uses one.
Do unused plan scans roll over?
No. Pro refills to 5 and Max to 20 at each renewal, so unused plan scans don't carry over. Extra scans you buy never expire, and your plan scans are always used first.
What happens if I run out?
Buy extra scans anytime, as many as you need, with or without a plan. Or upgrade: moving from Pro to Max takes effect right away, you pay only the difference for the rest of the month, and your plan scans go up to 20 (less any you've used).
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Anytime, from your account. Downgrades start at your next renewal. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for, and any extra scans stay in your account.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. Your first report is free when you create an account.
